Richard Walsh is currently a Plasma Program Project Manager at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.  

Richard spent the last financial year leading a review of the end to end Plasma for fractionation value chain. The objective was to uncover opportunities to improve overall efficiency and thereby reduce cost to supply plasma to CSL Behring for fractionation. 

Prior to that, Richard was the Manufacturing Change Manager, leading a team with responsibility to plan and implement incremental continuous improvements across the fresh product and plasma supply chains.  

Richard is a certified Lean practitioner and coach.
